Welcome back to yet another Toonami Squad Gaming Zone System Update for the week of October 25th, 2021!
Rockstar Games announced release dates for Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition! The game will release digitally on November 11th for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PS4 while a physical release will be available December 7th.
Sony announced its State of Play presentation for October 27th at 5pm ET/2pm PT and it’ll be a 20 minute presentation.
The Pokémon Company released a cryptic video teasing a new Hisuian Pokémon for the upcoming Pokémon Legends: Arceus. As many believed, it was going to be the announcement of Hisuian Arcanine however, the hint we had was not a Growlithe and not a Vulpix. Then they released the same video confirming Hisuian Zorua and Zoroark. Pokémon Legends: Arceus will be released on January 28th, 2022.
Lastly, we want to personally thank everyone for joining us on our Halloween stream and do apologize for not streaming Luigi’s Mansion 3. This is in due part to Sora joining Smash and Nintendo adding N64 and Sega Genesis games on October 25th, so that game has ran its course. Additionally, this will be the last week for Metroid Dread as well but it will return at a later date.
