“Fifty years have passed… but I do not age.” Oh how the future has not been kind to Jack! The highly anticipated trailer for Samurai Jack has finally arrived which was made by Toonami’s own Jonny Rej!
Fifty years have past since we last saw Jack who is now cladded in armor, fully bearded, and no longer ages due to time losing it’s affect on him and Aku who now completely controls the past, present, and future has sent a legion of well-trained female assassins to kill Jack.
Samurai Jack Season 5 will be much darker but will still follow the same format as the previous 4 seasons it was stated by Genndy Tartakovsky in an interview with IGN that Jack will cross a line he’s never crossed before he will kill his first human which will weigh heavily on Jack as he’s never took the life of another human before.
Samurai Jack season 5 will be total of 10 episodes and will premiere on March 11th, 2017 at 11pm ET/PT.
