The Toonami Trending Rundown for March 7-8, 2026. A night that marked the start of Daylight Savings also featured the Part 3 finale of Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War, the Conflict. On Twitter, #Toonami trended in the United States alongside Primal, Bleach TYBW, Blue Lock, and Tokyo Revengers. On Tumblr, Blue Lock and Tokyo Revengers trended.
Since the new year, Toonami has announced that Dan Da Dan season 2 would be on the horizon, but we never got an exact date on when Dan Da Dan season 2 would start airing on the block. That was until now. During last week’s broadcast, Toonami released a new trailer for the show, revealing that the new season will begin airing on March 28th at 12:30 a.m. EDT
Toonami also revealed the schedule for March 28th on Friday, confirming that Dan Da Dan will replace Primal on the lineup, as the latter show will be completing its third season the week before on the 21st.
As previously mentioned, there is one final cour of Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War in the works, titled The Calamity. Which is scheduled to premiere in TV Tokyo in Japan and streaming on Disney+ and Hulu on July 2026. No word yet on when Toonami will get to air the final cour, but we’ll keep you posted.
