Blue Exorcist: Beyond the Snow Saga and Mashle: Magic and Muscles: The Divine Visionary Candidate Exam Arc will make their respective premieres on Toonami this November 8th, 2025.

As both the Blue Exorcist: Shimane Illuminati saga and Dragon Ball Daima are both scheduled to air their respective finales on Toonami this November 1st, Toonami will see some continuing and returning shows to the lineup the week after on November 8th. On Friday, Toonami and Aniplex announced that not only Blue Exorcist will continue its run with the premiere of the Beyond the Snow Saga at 12:30 a.m., EST, Mashle: Magic and Muscles will make its return to the better cartoon show at 1:00 a.m. for the show’s second season, The Divine Visionary Candidate Exam Arc.

In addition, Bleach will lead off the block at midnight for the first time since 2014. Dragon Ball Daima meanwhile will see an encore run at 2:30 a.m., following encore runs of Dan Da Dan season 1 at 2.

Blue Exorcist will be taking the night off this week, October 25, 2025, for Halloween weekend as Toonami will be airing a marathon of all four episodes of Uzumaki at 1:00 a.m. EDT. But there will be a Blue Exorcist doubleheader featuring the final two episodes of the Shimane Illuminati Saga on November 1st from 1-2 a.m., the same night Daima airs its finale an hour before.

The Beyond the Snow Saga will start off right away a week after on November 8th, the fourth season airing consecutively on the better cartoon show since the Okumura brothers returned to Toonami after a decade long hiatus just one year ago. Blue Exorcist season 4 will be 24 episodes in length split into two arcs, covering both the Beyond the Snow Saga and the Blue Night Saga in the original manga. The season aired consecutively from October 6, 2024 to March 23, 2025, and is to date the most recent season of the anime.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles on the other hand, returns to the lineup after a nine-month hiatus and a year after Mashle first joined Toonami. Mashle season 2 will be 12 episodes in length, originally airing in Japan from January 6 to March 30, 2024. As the title suggests, the season will cover The Divine Visionary Candidate Exam Arc in the original manga. A third season is in the works.

The season’s plot summary is as follows (via Anime News Network):

Mash and his friends have successfully defeated Abel and driven off the mysterious dark magician pulling his strings. Yet that victory came at the cost of revealing Mash’s total lack of magic. With rumors swirling, Mash finds himself the target of both the Divine Visionaries and Innocent Zero – a dark magic sect who wishes to claim him for their own mysterious ends.

While the Daima chapter is coming to a close, it may not be long until we see what’s next for the Dragon Ball franchise. On January 25, 2026, there will be a Dragon Ball event in the Tokyo area, titled the Dragon Ball Genkidamatsuri commemorating the 40th anniversary of the franchise. There, Toei is teasing new announcements for the franchise, including a new Dragon Ball game, and two unspecified major projects.

Update: During the October 25-26, 2025 edition of Toonami, the block broadcasted the trailer for Mashle season 2, which you can see below:
