Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump had their annual Jump Festa this past month. This convention gave us a sneak peek of new and continuing titles, some of which we may see on Toonami in the coming years. Some of the news of interest for Toonami viewers include:
Aniplex revealed that a third season of Mashle is in the works, which will cover the Tri-Magic-Athalon Divine Visionary Final Exam Arc in the manga, the series will air in Japan in 2027.
The fourth and final part of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, is scheduled to begin airing in July 2026. During Jump Festa, Studio Pierrot revealed a new trailer and key visual for the final cour, which you can see below.
While season 2 is on the horizon for Toonami viewers in the new year, Studio Science Saru is already hard at work producing Season 3 of Dan Da Dan, which will air in Japan come 2027.

Black Clover is set to return from its four-year hiatus for a second season come 2026, Studio Pierrot has also released a new trailer and key visual, which you can see below. Crunchyroll has confirmed that they will be simulcasting the show, as they (alongside Funimation) have with the first.
One Piece will continue on its long running storyline with the Elbaph Arc set to debut in Japan on April 5. In addition, starting in 2026, One Piece will move from a continuous year-round show to a more seasonal format. The show going forward will see a maximum of two cours (or 24-26 episodes) annually, to help improve the show’s pacing and storyline. The show has previously adapted roughly one manga chapter per episode for the past few years now, so this might be a welcome change for fans.
As always, if you want to see a Shonen Jump show (re)join the lineup in the future, continue watching and giving your support to the block every Saturday, and send your show requests to Toonami’s Facebook page. We also recommend letting the respective licensors know through their respective social media outlets.
Until next time, we wish you all a Happy Hanukkah, a Merry Christmas, a Happy Kwanzaa, a Happy New Year, congratulations to Inter Miami for winning the MLS Cup and here’s to 2026.
