Toonami Trending Rundown for October 24-25, 2026

“All this waste, you guys don’t know anything. It’s freaking delicious. Everywhere I go, it’s the same. You all yap about Sphere this and Ground that, or it’s trash this and trashfolk that. Up here this, down here that! Quit making up labels so you can have a reason to treat people like garbage! I’m sick of people thinking they can tell me what I am. I’m not gonna take it anymore.”

–          Rudo, Gachiakuta (Ep. 02)

The Toonami Trending Rundown for October 24-25, 2026. On Twitter, #Toonami trended in the United States on Twitter alongside Get Jiro, Wind Breaker, and Gachiakuta. Meanwhile on Tumblr, #Toonami trended alongside Gachiakuta.

The following week was Halloween night, so Toonami showcased an encore marathon of all 5 episodes of Get Jiro that have aired up to that point before premiering episode 6 at midnight. The rest of the lineup took the night off as Toonami also showcased all four episodes of Housing Complex C for the occasion, followed by an encore marathon run of Get Jiro. No Toonami related trends were spotted for the night, although the buzz did produce a Twitter moment.

Not much else to say, other than to be sure to cast your vote in the November 3rd Midterm Elections if you haven’t voted already, congratulations to the Milwaukee Brewers for winning their first World Series and Milwaukee’s first World Series in 69 years after the 1957 Braves, and congratulations to the Golden State Valkyries for winning their first WNBA Championship in just two years of play.

And of course, we take this time to remember and give our thanks to voice actor Eric Bauza, considered to be the modern-day Mel Blanc for his contributions to the Looney Tunes franchise, who sadly passed away at the age of 46 last Sunday as a result of hypertensive cardiovascular disease. As well as Dolores Huerta, labor leader and civil rights activist who co-founded the National Farm Workers Association which organized the 1960’s Delano grape strike and the “Sí se puede” movement, who died from cancer at the age of 96. And stage and screen actor Patrick Stewart, best known for his work as Captain Picard in Star Trek and Professor Xavier in X-Men, who passed away on Wednesday at 86 after a battle with Alzheimer’s and Lewy Body Dementia. May your souls rest in peace and thank you.
